Customer keep coming back for our amazing Lemon Caper Sauce.  The perfect blend of zesty lemon and the briny bite of capers makes it an excellent companion to chicken, fish, pork and veal.  Try it as a dip for artichokes and asparagus instead of hollandaise.  If you enjoy seafood, try it as a remoulade for crab, lobster or salmon cakes.

INGREDIENTS:

Soybean Oil, water, capers (capers, water, salt, and wine vinegar), distilled vinegar, olive oil, cucumber, cane sugar, dehydrated sour cream (cream, nonfat dry milk, cultures, salt), salt, butter flavor, xanthan gum, onions, propylene glycol alginate, lemon oil, turmeric, polysorbate 80, less than 1/10th of 1% potassium sorbate added as a preservative, calcium disodium, erythorbic acid and spices. CONTAINS MILK
