Jams Jellies & Toppings - sweet & savory

Often we think of jams as sweet, and many times they are.  But have you considered trying a jam with bacon, roasted garlic or jalapenos?  Adding a little heat or savory flavor to a jam can make you look at it in a whole new way.  Try it as an appetizer over cream cheese or brie.  Add it to a marinade or spoon over seafood.  The sky is the limit!
