Raw honey refers to honey that hasn't been heated for pasteurization.  No dilution or flavor change.  The honey is lightly screened to remove honeycomb and other debris that is a product of the harvest.  Infusion ingredients are hand prepared.  The fruits, veggies, or spices then rest in the honey until the perfect flavor has developed.  Infusion ingredients are then strained out and each bottle is hand labeled and hand poured.  All of this care to details means you get outstanding quality in this amazing honey.
